Leo's Background
Leo most recently joins Q-PAC from a UVC germicidal light company, where he successfully managed an 800% increase in pandemic-fueled sales. He has over eighteen years of sales experience, including nine years as a Regional Sales Manager focused on Manufacturer Representatives, and eight years as a sales engineer. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and resides in Durham, NC with his family.

Speaking from his home, Leo's confidence and excitement are palpable. He exudes a sense of excitement at the vibrant energy permeating Q-PAC. Leo finds himself among the older members of the team, an aspect he finds both astonishing and invigorating. "What really excites me about being here is the energy," Leo exclaims. "When I go into the office, there's so much energy, just random craziness. It's infectious."
Leo's contagious enthusiasm extends beyond mere marketing team interviews. He speaks to Q-PAC's resilience in the face of mistakes, its readiness to take risks, and its unwavering commitment to learning from every experience. "That motivates me, the infectious youth and feeling like we're on the precipice of doing something really unique and amazing.”

Armed with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and boasting a multifaceted career spanning over eighteen years in the mechanical and manufacturing industries, Leo embodies a blend of technical prowess and sales acumen. “. I started off in college as an engineering co-op. I did all the load calcs, designs, I laid out all of the buildings, , I did HVAC equipment selections– understood all of that. After graduating I started my career as a rep, and stayed a rep for eight years.”
This comprehensive foundation infuses his current role as Regional Sales Manager at Q-PAC with a distinctive customer-centric perspective. Leo's affinity for tackling technical challenges with innovative solutions is his patented trademark. He passionately speaks of challenging the status quo and advocating for the customers, “If you can somehow create value for them, and then track the project for them – help them out, help their day be less chaotic – that's when your customers are really going to appreciate you."
